Our Signature Liqueurs
At The Cocktail Bar, we take pride in creating our own handcrafted liqueurs, made from the finest ingredients sourced locally and globally. Each liqueur is uniquely infused with flavors designed to tantalize your taste buds, adding a bespoke touch to every drink we serve.
- Cacao Liqueur: made from cacao grown on The Fort property, it is processed and fused with rum to form a spicy and regenerative experience.
- Hibiscus Liqueur: made from Hibiscus flowers produced on the property, it is fused with vodka and results in a fruity flavour with a crisp undertone.
- Apple Rose Liqueur: made from the rose apple ‘Syzygium jambos’ fruits from our land, this fruit is infused with vodka and results in a flowery and fresh liqueur, ideal with gin.
